At KuKirin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electric scooter. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery provided it is in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the scooter in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the charger to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
